negative canthal tilt isnt the issue. i have the exact same problem, my eyelids hang over my eyes making them look droopy, tired and negative yeah i hate. you know any fixes? or anything to reduce this at all?
But isnt the canthal tilt including the medial canthus? Because i read that the ideal male eye should have a neutral lateral canthus and a downturned medial canthus that makes it slighlty positive?
