Explore how the cross transformed from a shameful Roman execution device into Christianity’s central symbol. Discover early Christian attitudes, artistic developments, and Constantine’s pivotal role in redefining its meaning.
I am confused about how I choose the number of folds (in k-fold CV) when I apply cross validation to check the model. Is it dependent on data size or other parameters?
1- Why most CNN models don't use Cross Validation? 2- If I use Cross Validation, how can I generate the confusion matrix? Can I split dataset to train/test and then do cross validation on train set as train/validation (i.e., doing cross validation as train/validation except for the usual train/test) and at last use test set the same way? Or how?
Gospel accounts of Jesus’s execution do not specify how exactly Jesus was secured to the cross. Yet in Christian tradition, Jesus had his palms and feet pierced with nails. Even though Roman execution methods did include crucifixion with nails, some scholars believe this method only developed after Jesus’s lifetime.
Given the performances inside the cross-validation, what question does the cross validation answer ? Assuming that the performance is low, does it mean that we should abandon training the model ? I could understand the aim of the k-fold cross validation, if training the whole model is expensive in time or other resources.
