Goose Hunting in Lancaster I know it's an extreme longshot, but does anyone know of any good (or not even good, just legal) public spots to hunt canada goose in Lancaster County, or at least somewhere within driving distance? I've been failing miserably trying to find a place.....Thanks in advance.

Just wondering if there is a list of Public Hunting grounds that allows the hunting of either early or late season goose? I work near Evansburg state park and last year there was signs posted about "late season Goose hunting prohibited" I was there earlier this week and saw the signs that say "Early season Goose hunting Permitted". Is the regulation of which is available to hunt a state park ...

Incidentally I'm planning on going up there in mid-September to do some late season Bass and Pickerel fishing and I heard that Canadian Goose season opens up statewide on September 1st.

Goose and newspaper sent different headers on that one day when both made requests from the same IP in the same time period. (Is this why the 403 came out different?)

A new pin, detent and spring are on the way, but the detent and spring seem to be doing their job of retaining the pin itself (so it doesn't slide out) it is just loose as a goose, so to speak. Any ideas? It is a possibility the pin is small...or, the hole for the pin may be a bit large.

Geese honk to "cheer on" the goose in the front of the V, who's got the toughest job. So no reason to honk when they're just milling around. As for where geese in Atlanta might fly to, I'm guessing they flew up here to Pennsylvania to use the potty.
