Occasionally, a PC will become hung on a blank screen, yet the Shutdown still uses a sleep or hibernate mode. Powering it back on will simply return it to the blank hung state. So you have to force it not to use the hiberfile. However, there should be a way to get into BIOS setup to change the boot order.
The guy was trying to help. I would have hung up on you or ended the chat. Ship them your console. Be proactive and do it yourself instead of waiting a few days for a courier to call you. Besides when they did call you, you didn't answer. It's not their fault you didn't answer. It sucks though. Hope you get it sorted.
Okay, My Drive hasn't disappeared but everything in my drive doesn't work, My video games and files just crash and give a message "Sorry for the inconvenience, application has hung up" Never Mind my Drive has Disappeared when I was using the application. My drive-D disappears when I use something in it.
