IDOE will be launching the new statewide platform for IEP and ILP plan management, IDOE Special Programs, this summer. Developed in partnership with PowerSchool, IDOE Special Programs will be replacing the current IIEP and IILP platforms.

IDOE has officially launched IDOE Special Programs, an IEP and ILP management system for the 2025–2026 school year, designed in partnership with PowerSchool. As of today, Friday, July 18, the system is live.

Pursuant to IC 20-31-3, IDOE revises the following standards at least once every six years. The review period integrates educator committee feedback with a public comment period.
If the training is at least one clock hour (60 minutes) in length, it should meet the IDOE requirements.
