I get it, but instead of using the commands and using the IIS create self signed certificate feature I was able to access it locally but not over the intranet , i,e on other devices such as mobile phones or laptop connected on the same internet.

Does disabling "Access Intranet" only prevent the clients on the guest network from accessing clients on the local network, but not prevent clients on the local network from accessing clients on the guest network? b. I mention sometimes because I have repeated the tests, and sometimes it pings, sometimes it times out.

After enabling Guest-1 (2.4GHz), disable access intranet, guest client gets 192.168.101.x IP address, then the internet will get disconnected for both guest and non-guest connections. If I enable allow access intranet on the Guest-1, guest client gets 192.168.1.x IP address, then there is no problem for both guest and non-guest connections.
