Can I print a nude photo at walgreens, cvs, etc or is this a problem? I can't remember the statute off-hand, but sending a nude to an 'office' appears to be a crime. The intent isn't targeted at anyone there. But it appears they look through the photos. Shouldn't there be privacy?

Having nude photos of a minor, including of yourself, may be a crime of possessing child pornography; and sending nudes of a minor to another, may be crime of distributing child pornography. Both are incredibly serious federal felony crimes.
