Each county contracts with judici so if there's a criminal case open in a judici county then yes, that would be searchable. Search warrants are usually an MR case and when you search for them it doesn't list names/addresses/charges but it may have a hardcopy of the actual warrant if you or someone else were to ask the clerk to see the file.
