Finder is Apple's file manager on Mac. It does not have anything to do with your choice of Web Browser. Windows PCs would have Windows Explorer as the equivalent to Finder. Firefox would have nothing to do with that. If you are referring to Apple's web browser on Mac, its called Safari, not Finder, and no there is no Safari for Windows.

Save the service and give it a shortcut in System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Services. The service only opens a new window if there is no existing Finder window. To open a new window every time, add a Get Specified Finder Items action, drop the folder you want to open on the list, and then add a Reveal Finder Items action.
