M3GAN (pronounced "Megan") is a 2022 American science fiction black comedy horror film about an artificially intelligent doll who develops self-awareness and becomes hostile toward anyone who comes between her and her human companion.
To help her niece deal with the sudden loss of her parents, Gemma brings home Megan, a highly skilled AI doll that provides comfort and companionship to Cady as she grieves.
