Good morning, all. My PNC Bank accounts have not downloaded any transactions since 2/23/2026. I am using Direct Connect.
Received this OL-297-A error now for the last two days with PNC Bank. All of my other accounts are connecting and downloading just fine.
PNC Bank provides our account information to a third party company called Direct Connect and Quicken downloads our account information from Direct Connect, not PNC.
PNC seems to be working weekends, but apparently the department at Quicken that deals with this is only working Monday thru Friday and they are in a different time zone where per my PNC person doesn't start till around noon EST.
I agree this is a PNC problem, but both Quicken and PNC should be working to resolve the problems ASAP. Direct Connect is owned by Quicken….. but I am sure PNC screwed up the interface on their end with their recent "upgrade".

Also, this latest PNC DC updates issue is very similar to the very long history of PNC DC updates issues going back to last October so it does make me think that this is just a continuation of the issues PNC is having with DC.
