I press video record, the button shows its recording, but i look in my roblox folder in videos and theres nothing new. it only seems to work when its not running

i am surprised no one has reported this bug When pressed f12 or the “record video” button in the menu , it does not start recording , or at least for me . one day i noticed the red frame when recording dissapeared and later the disclaimer that my video was saved , but one day the hability to record ceased to work .. fortunately it works in the studio but it does not work inside of the game ...
