After the registration window opens on the second evening of waitlist sign-ups, registration windows for degree-seeking students remain open until the date (s) announced by the Office of the University Registrar. In the summer, registration closes for the month of July to permit new student scheduling.
The University Registrar’s Office will not make alternate PINs available to students. Alternatively, some advisors may choose to register some or all of their advisees through Web for Faculty and Advisors. In this case, you will register in your advisor’s office and will not use the alternate PIN.
UCLA AO’s have stated the following: Waitlist selections are generally a continuation of the regular admission process, with consideration given to students’ original scores from application readers and whether their intended areas of study fill enrollment holes that year along with the waitlist essay and updated course/grades.
Based on previous year’s decision dates, it is predicted to be today around 5PM PST. UCLA does not give any advance notice for their decisions.
