I was arrested 2 times when I used to be an exotic dancer. One was for being topless and the other was doing a lap dance. the arrest charges were MI50.606 (F)- PROHIBITION AGAINST SIMULATING > SEXUAL ACTIVITY and i was adjucated guilty and the other charge was M150.606-PROHIBITION AGAINST NUDE AND > SEMI-NUDE ACTS and i was not adjudicated guilty.
As my colleague points out, there are crimes for sending nude/semi-nude pictures back and forth, which may be a temptation based in an Internet relationship. Dating is OK.
There have been some high-profile cases like this in Michigan, one involving a Lions coach, and it is not legal. Unless you are in a big semi-truck, I can't see how you can say nobody will see you are naked. It would likely be charged as indecent exposure.
