Steubenville, OHIO (WTRF) – Police are currently investigating after a deceased individual was discovered Tuesday afternoon in the city. Steubenville Police Chief Ken Anderson tells 7NEWS that at approximately 2:00pm, officers responded to the 100 block of Northern Commercial Alley following a report of a deceased subject. Officers located a male next to a building and confirmed he was deceased.
