The above numbers are straight from network planning on swalife. Our flying has slightly reduced but that does not help our fellow pilots. Crew planning has clearly stated RON's are the king when it comes to crew staffing. Hence the bases flying has reduced by less than 5% but yet our RON's have decreased from 36 in June 2024 to 21 in March 2026.

Update on SWALife Vaccination Participation Pay Program First, we are introducing a Vaccination Participation Pay Program. Our goal is to increase the vaccination rate among Employees, give you pay for the time you need to go get vaccinated and encourage you to share your vaccination status with Southwest.
