My 4th gen Intel CPU have normal Core Temperatures are completely normal, but "distance to TjMAX" (as shown in HWinfo) are high, 69c or 72c barely moves around, CPU package and Core Max is ok. Is this normal behaviour? I usually watch and track only Core Temperatures as ı learned over the years...

Regarding the actual Distance to Tjmax sensor readings, what you do NOT want to see is anything closer than 10°C Distance to Tjmax, ESPECIALLY if you are only in the first phase of your overclock configuration and have only made minor changes to the CPU multiplier and voltage at this point.
