Considering taking a UHS inpatient psychiatry job, wondering if anyone has any experiences with this kind of role. My DMs are open as well if you would prefer to DM.
I mean we have South Alabama, Abrazzo, multiple UHS hospitals, multiple Dignity hospitals, multiple non HCA FL hospitals, multiple Ascension and Spectrum hospitals in MI, and the list goes on and on.
Even UHS staffs all their standalone psych hospitals with a IM/FM team... The IM/FM team isn't always available 24/7. Sometimes the psych on call is responsible for medical issues at night- typically expected to be able to give prn Blood pressure meds but send out anything too complicated to the ER.
The OP's question needs more detail. At least tell us the job type. We can be much more helpful if you tell us if this is a big or small private practice, an inpatient position with UHS, an academic position, VA, etc.
