I have not owned a BCA complete rifle. I have owned everything else, lowers, complete uppers, etc. I currently have a BCA 7.62x39 10.5" upper. It has been flawless. Every manufacturer in the world has quality issues. Some more, some less. BCA is known for a few more than others.For a budget build, i don't see why not to use them. If they have what you want at a price you need, get it.
