Muzan's regeneration is too good for Meruem to kill him, but Meruem's durability is too high for Muzan to deal with. Round 2 is a ludicrous stomp in Meruem's favor because even the massive buffs that the demon slayer anime gave wouldn't be enough to stop anime Meruem from blitzing.
Muzan is significantly faster than Sukuna and his extremely potent regen would just allow him to easily walk off any regular attacks from Sukuna. But on the other hand he can't really put the hurt on Sukuna due to the massive physical disparity between them.
