I am seeing on Settings\Activation the following message on my Windows 10 Pro 2004: The last product key (ID:xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-AAOEM) you entered can't be used on this copy of Windows (0x8007045B). It is also shown: Windows 10 Pro Windows is activated with a digital licence linked to your Microsoft Account.

Under the Partial Product Key, you will see the last 5 characters (-XXXXX) of the key in use. If these are unknown to you, You can post these characters here, or you could google "-XXXXX" which should tell you if this is a generic Windows 10 key.
