I've been a YNAB user for almost 8 years now. It's been a good tool for me, and overall I've been very happy with it.

Does anyone use the YNAB (You Need A Budget) software for keeping track of their budget.
I've been reading through a few Debt Free diaries and one thing that pops up all the time is YNAB. Took me a while to work out it meant You Need A Budget I've had a quick search but there's nothing like getting the low-down from people that actually use it day in day out. What exactly is it? Is it free? Is it worth having?

It looks like YNAB will no longer offer support for YNAB 4 after 31 October 2019... any ideas what I could replace YNAB 4 with? I'm looking for a free solution, not paid.

Ive been using YNAB for over a year now and its the best budgeting solution by far! Totally takes the stress out of it and helps me put money aside without realising it.
